I am now two weeks into my new program and have seen some changes.Although I am not noticing much increase in size I am getting stronger and gradualy increasing the weight. I am now lifting weights that when I started I would have watched others lift and thought "no way" will I ever get there and here I am lifting the same. the same goes with my size, people I looked at when I started and envied I am now looking at and thinking I am comparable which is a realy good feeling " I dont feel so much like the smallest guy in the gym anymore" A long long way to go but I am getting there.

Well this blog has nothing to do with lifting but I wanted to share.
Tomorrow my little baby girl will be 18 years old and GOD does that make me feel OLD !!
To all you guys with young kids make the most of it while they are little Because before you know it they will be towering over you asking if their boyfriend can stay the night. LOL.
And a quick note on lifting. My muscle has gone up another poiont which I am pleased about.

I have just weighed and for the first time I am over 11st. This might not seem much to most of you but for someone that has always been between 9 and 9 1/2 st it is a real milestone. And according to the new gismo I bought I am not putting on b/f just muscle - whoohoo. something must be working.

It’s been about 5 weeks now and I have put on about 8lb. I can see a difference in my arms and chest. I have scales that do b/f , muscle etc which say I have put on more b/f than muscle but dont know how accurate they are ??. Had a sesion with my PT on Saturday and have a new programm for the next 4 weeks and hoping to see a bigger change in the next month. I will take some update photo’s as soon as I think the camera will be kind. All in all I am feeling pretty good so far.

Well I am at the end of my third week and have put on a little about 6lb. I did my measurements last night (I know I should wait a bit longer but couldn’t resist) Put on 1/2" on thieghs same on calf but suprisingly 1" on my upper arm (all relaxed) I am suprised at this as I cannot visibly see a change yet. I will take some update photo’s but will wait untill I think there is something to show.
All in all not a bad start.

Right first blog: Started at the gym in feb, worked out my own program but havnt seen any results.
Had a sesion with a PT two weeks ago and he has given me a new diet and program. I am being strict with the diet although I have to eat 3000 cal a day and for someone with not much apitite this is hard going at times.Last week I put on 4 lb and this week 1/2 lb not sure if any is muscle yet but I have been lifting to my max every sesion.
I will update with any results, Hopefully with good news.
