Troubles in the stomach area
So I have been eating way better and doing more crunches and changing them up and I am still not able to get theat six pack. Well I am actualy starting to do more cardip now I realy hope that make a big difference in the next 3 weeks. If you might have any sugestions pleas write me.

Abs are made in the kitchen. They are under there (everyone has abs…they serve a physiological purpose), but the reason you can’t see them is because there is a layer of fat over them (I do not mean that to be offensive, so please bear with me)…
Crunches are going to build the muscle and make it bigger, but not burn the fat, so then your stomach will actually look bigger. Eat clean, do your cardio, and keep lifting as usual…you will get there!
