good training day
Sunday, May 18th, 2008well today was a good day of training…
did 5 halk hr. sessions
1-tossed tires up a hil over my head backwards for 10 minutes then did a set of 3 x 5 behind the back pullups and continued with tires and back to pull ups
2-I did some explosive training with kettlebells
3-ropepulling and rope climbing and BJJ drills
4-half hr run (5.3 miles)
5-Full Body conditioning training with weights
