Food: 7 am banana, 8 am 1 cup mixed nuts, 11 am 2/3 a omlette hasbrowns and 1 1/2 pieces of toast at the sunrise cafe. 430 pm hamburger, cup of fruit. 6 pm hamburger 1/2 cup green beans, 1/2 cup cucumber salad. maybe 1 1/4 cup of chip dip with chips. 8 pm 5 cups of fruit. 11 pm 1 2/3 cup of potatoe salad, 1 1/2 cup pasta salad and 2 sausages.
