Tuesday, July 1st, 2008Workout: 2 hours of shoulder weights and abs
Food: 3 am 1/2 cup cream of mushroom and rice casserole, hot dog and 2 1/2 cups of cornflakes with cup of milk and 3 tbs peanut butter, 9 am protein bar and a red bull and 6 peanut butter crackers. 12 pm spicy chicken no mayo and big burger 3 pm 6 crackers with summer sausage and 2 pack of ramen noodles. 8 pm 10 lil smokies `1/2 potatoe of hashbrowns 2 eggs scoop of creatine and 2 pieces of toast and glass of milk
