Workout: 1 pm 8 minute abs, 2 pm 2 mile jog
Food: 11 am 2 eggs and 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2pm ricecake with 2 tbs of peanut butter, 5 pm ricecake with 2 tbs peanut butter, 6 pm two salmon hamburgers, 1 1/2 slices of bread, 9 pm 1/3 pint of ice cream, coffee freeze. 11 pm half a pan pizza
