Food: 11am cup of oatmeal with raisans, 130pm cup of tunafish, big chicken breast, 1 1/2 cups of yogurt. 5pm 1 small steak, cup of green beans, big salad with 3 tbs ranch and croutons, 1/2 cups rice, 1/2 cup baked beans. 1 am. 3 small slices of meatloaf, 2 cups of pasta salad
