Workout: 3pm 1 hour of full body weights, 10 minutes on the bike, 5 minutes jogging and 3 laps in the pool. 845pm 2.6 mile run
Food: 10am taco salad with 1/3 cup of meat and 1/3 cup of beans. 2 pm protein bar, strawberry smoothie and banana. 6 pm 1 1/2 mackeral patties 1 1/2 rolls with butter, cup of pasta salad and cup of corn. 830pm half a chicken breast shredded up on two hot dog buns with bbq sauce a hot dog and 1/2 cup of bean and meat mixture
