Workout: 2pm 6 mile run, 845pm run up first street.
Food: 12pm chicken salad, 2 tbs ranch, and 4 ounces of grilled chicken. 4pm 3 hamburger patties, 1 bun and 3 slices of cheese. 2/3 a myoplex protein bar. 915pm taco salad with 2/3 cup of beans and 1/2 cup of taco meat.
