Workout: walked about 4 miles

Food: sausage mcmuffin and yogurt parfait from mcdonalds for breakfast, lunch i had a 4 pc salmon and chips from ivars and an apple. had some peanuts as a snack for dinner had some grahmcrackers and peanut butter a apple and piece of pizza along with a bowl of ice cream
