Workout: went swimming for about half an hour, ran 3 miles, and had a baseball practice
Food: 1 1/2 cups of granola banana and half an orange for breakfast, lunch i had a chicken nugget and about a cup of lasagnia, dinner i had 4 pieces of bread with butter, 1 1/2 cups of lasagnia and salad with 1 tbs of low fat italian and 2 small pieces of caramel
