Workout: 1 mile run, 1 1/2 hour of full body weights
Food: 9am protein bar, 12pm 1/2 a muffin 1 1/2 tunafish sandwiches and 1 cup of vegtable soup, 5pm 1 medium trout 2 inch square of cornbread and 1/3 a cup of chicken flavored rice. and 9 pm had a 30 grams protein bar.

workout: 7am 2.6 mile run, 12pm-930pm was fishing
Food: 10am 1/2 cup granola 1/2 cup yogurt, 12pm 1 cup stir fry, 2pm 2 peanut butter sandwiches and a nutty bar. 6pm 99cent bag of frito’s 4 bags of cheap peanuts 10pm 1 big muffin and a scone, 1 1/4 cup of ribs

Workout: 7 mile run with hills at 5pm
Food: 7am a sprite 10am 3/4 cup of granola and 3/4 yogurt and a banana. 12pm 2 chicken wings 1230pm 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup low fat yogurt. 3pm salad with 1 1/2 tbs ranch and tbs of low fat peanut butter. 8pm cup of mashed potatoes 1/4 a cup of black eyed peas, half a 8 inch trout. and cup and half of super salty sausage jambalaya

Workout: 3.4 miles to lookout
Food: 10 am 1 cup of granola with milk, 1/2 a english muffin sausage patty and cheese slice and an orange. 12 pm had salad with a egg and 2 1/2 tbs of ranch 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and yogurt and 1/2 cup hominy. 430pm 1/3 a cheese bacon and egg keish. 1 cup of hominy and half a sweet potatoe. 830 pm 2 slices of banana bread and 915pm 1/3 of a keish 2 pieces of banana bread and a piece of laughing cow cheese with a cracker

Workout: REST DAY!
Food: about 11 am i had 2 hardboiled eggs and 2 pieces of plain toast, 230pm a bag of protein cereal and an egg. 430pm salad with 3 pieces of turkey lunchmeat and croutons and 2 tbs of ranch and a cup of rice on it. 8pm had a bite of a fast food taco, 3 pieces of licorice and like half cup of mike and ikes, 11pm had 2 cups of fruit smoothies cup of sauerkrout casserole half cup of fat free cottage cheese and half cup of light strawberry yogurt and a laughing cow piece of cheese with cracker.
