Just started phase 2 need to get some photos up of day one to day 28. I can tell you I feel better and have a lot more energy. I work at night full time as a nurse and have noticed that I have a lot more energy making it through the night. I am also using the slendertone at night which seems to be helping some too. I also just made the switch from mixing water in my protein to mixing with soy milk, and I can say that I love that I switched. The soy milk makes it taste like a milk shake. Just amazing. Until next time.

This was my day of doing this workout. I noticed it is going to take some practice. I wasn’t very good at some of the moves. It did kick my butt which I am happy. Shirt was completely soaked in sweat. I do want to work on becoming better at the moves and I want a 6 pack really back. My start stacking this workout on top of something later in this workout. Kind of on this off week but i have added some of the videos this week to get a little bit more of a kick. See what happens. Still love the workout and if I have a day off I feel lost now. It is just werid. IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING

I absolutely love this workout by the end I am soaked in sweat and just feeling the burn in my legs and calfs. Just love it. I just completed Day 10. This is my second time around with p90x the first time I did it for 2 and 1/2 weeks and injuried my knee playing basketball. I am not back on it after a 3 week vacation. I can still feel it in my knee but I am just modifying until it gets better. Great things are happening. Love the workout and am trying to get friends involved. I am also a coach and I think that the some of these workouts would be great for kids in football. Ploymetrics would be great thing for the lineman to do.
