Starting Phase 2 of P90X
Just started phase 2 need to get some photos up of day one to day 28. I can tell you I feel better and have a lot more energy. I work at night full time as a nurse and have noticed that I have a lot more energy making it through the night. I am also using the slendertone at night which seems to be helping some too. I also just made the switch from mixing water in my protein to mixing with soy milk, and I can say that I love that I switched. The soy milk makes it taste like a milk shake. Just amazing.
