Core Synergistics
This was my day of doing this workout. I noticed it is going to take some practice. I wasn’t very good at some of the moves. It did kick my butt which I am happy. Shirt was completely soaked in sweat. I do want to work on becoming better at the moves and I want a 6 pack really back. My start stacking this workout on top of something later in this workout. Kind of on this off week but i have added some of the videos this week to get a little bit more of a kick. See what happens. Still love the workout and if I have a day off I feel lost now. It is just werid. IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING
