plyometrics
working on my 3rd week here and i can tell my body is getting a little tired. i work nites 12 hour shifts and i am always on the go. i am making sure to do my workout everyday which i am proud of but looking forward to the rest week next week. just a little tired and want some time to just lounge. my arms and back are a little sore and tight from yesterdays workout which i am very happy about. yesterday was a struggling if you have been reading but i pushed through today, and felt great about it.
