Well just wanted to say to everyone it has been awhile i have still been lifting actually got into another gym so really excited about that. doing a new workout from the Sly Moves book, and it has been kicking my ass all week. I love that i am sore and know that i am getting a great workout. trying to get to my goal got away from it for a bit with moving and a lot drama. getting back to work and i love it.
