A great lift
Saturday, October 25th, 2008Well lifted for the fourth time this week and feeling great love this workout from Sly Moves Book. it is something different for me i up some of the sets and it really feels great i wake up sore in the morning and actually feel better than if i wasn’t. and at work last nite i did over 250 reps of dips which was awsome gave my arms a good workout. feeling great getting back to the grind.
