					<description>Good diet advice there bro ... I wish I would have figured out a decade ago how important diet is to this game. Paging through Flex magazines and seeing all the workout routines and supplements one could easily assume that is all there is to it ... just stuff your face! It will turn to muscle eventually if you are taking the right supps and doing the right movements, but In all reality - the big secret is: more than half of this is about what, when and how much a person eats.

When I figured out that you have to be just as focused in the kitchen as you are in the squat rack, I turned a major corner.

Stay focused and be relentless!
