Sample Diet

Meal 1 (7 AM)
1 cup of dry oats mixed with water
1 cup of egg beaters

2 tablets JuicePlus+ Fruit

Meal 2 (9 AM)
Meal replacement like Prolab’s Lean Mass Complex (which has a 40/40/20 nutrient ratio) mixed with water and Juice Plus+ Complete which is a whole food based beverage product that provides balanced nutrition. Juice Plus+ Complete can be used in any number of ways: pre-exercise energy drink, post-workout recovery drink, or a late night snack. It comes in two flavors: French Vanilla and Dutch Chocolate.

1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil (Spectrum brand is best)

Meal 3 (12 Noon)
1 cup of brown rice, or medium sized baked potato, or 1 cup of oatmeal
2 cups of green beans, broccoli or any other desired vegetable
6-8 ounces of chicken, turkey, or lean fish

Meal 4 (3 PM)
Same as Meal 2

Meal 5 (6 PM)
1 cup of brown rice, or medium sized baked potato, or 1 cup of oatmeal
2 cups of green beans, broccoli or any other desired vegetable
6-8 ounces of chicken, turkey, or lean fish

2 tablets JuicePlus+ Vegetable

Meal 6 (8 PM)

Same as Meal 2

    Ha: I eat oatmeal all the time. I tend to use a lot of protein powder everyday but I wonder if a decent meal replacement would be better.

    Awesum diet man! Don’t think I could eat half that much. I know, as u’ve told me in the forums, I don’t eat enough.

    Nice diet made me hungry :D You mix brown rice, oatmeal and veggies together ? Do you add any spice to your meals ?

    SecondsOut, if you just ate a solid diet and trained with some intensity, I mean like everybody else does and not just 10 reps then rest for 10mins, you could make some big gains. But I can see you looking the same month after month.

    Great diet dude, i wish i had some structer to my diet as i struggle to find something half decent in the kitchen.

    I don’t know what i need to eat or how to cook, which is the reason why im struggling with it.

    Anyway, top diet you got there dude, wish mine was like that lol.
