Intention Setting Does Work-4/13/09

Whoa this whole "setting the intention" thing does work.

Because I set an intention I was more aware of my wanting to procrastinate and then just broke thru it.

Well here goes.

My Intentions…
Tomorrow I will drink 5 bottles of water (that should put me at a gallon).
Eat breakfast.
Pack a lunch and bring it to work.
Post tomorrow night to celebrate my follow thru on my intentions.

Well talk to you guys tomorrow.

TIME TO TAKE THIS WEIGHT LOSS IDEA TO THE NEXT LEVEL-4/12/09

I am posting tonight to simply set an intention.

My intention is to drink a gallon of water tomorrow.

That is it. I want to keep it simple to start by having a daily intention.

Also today was Easter…which in my house currently means alot of cooking.

Good news is I did not just eat until I was stuffed.

And a magority of the food went with my mom to work.

I think I have finally become ok with just eating until I am satisfied.

Well I will post again tomorrow night.
