Current ab routine
ABS – Done on Tuesday and Thursday after cardio (or whenever).Â
On Saturday I do an ab video that I have (lots of floor work, no weights involved at all)Â Â Â Â

Flat Bench Rev Hanging Crunches – 20 reps (DeborahAnn, Stevep78, ElijahMaine style)   Â
Ball Crunches               25       Â
Leg Lifts                   Â
   15        With ankle weights
Cable Crunches            20            Â
V-Ins                   Â
       25        With ankle weights       Â
Oblique cruches           20
Hyperextensions           20  Â
      With 30# DB
Â
Do all of these as a giant set for 3-5 sets   Â
Take a 1 min rest between sets & make sure to stretch   Â
