After a long break from bodyspace and weightlifting i am back. i got pretty sick and lost alot of weight, like 18 pounds from 138. since then i have been trying to regain my weight and get my energy back. i am now at coastal carolina university so i have been able to gain most of my weight back. i went and worked out for the first time in a long time on friday. i feel so much better after two workouts

summer break is here. i am so glad that i am done with high school and now am ready for the college world. it feels good having some time on my hands to do what i want like golf and working out. also with my free time i will be able to visit here alto more often.

this week i maxed out and i increased everything by atleast 10 pounds. i am extremely happy that i increased everything. i was worried about my bench because i have not been able to lift on chest days for many reasons.

after nearly a month of not visiting the site i have had the time to visit. i have been extremely busy the past month with soccer, work, golf, and school. i have also been working out really hard and i feel in pretty good shape right now. hopefully i will have a chance to come back on in the next few days.

Well today has been just as exhausting as yesterday. the two days all i have done is worked. i had to help move our snack bar across our clubhouse so they can renovate it. i had to clean every golf cart so they are spotless, meaning no scuff marks, no pieces of grass, nothing. it takes about 25 minutes a cart and our course currently has 65 carts. today i also had soccer practice and was late so the little kids i am coaching and their parents were really mad. then i had to go back to the golf course and finish washing some carts. i am almost done with the carts, but i am extremely tired. i have worked a total of 22 hours the last 2 days. oh and by the way about 12:00 today the hose broke so i had to go to the hardware store to fix the hose. i am frustrated in the way Tennessee is playing basketball right now. hopefully they get it back in the 2nd half.

on thursday i went backpacking in cherokee national forest. i left my high school at 12:30 and got there around 1:15. i hiked about 12 miles before i called it quits and set up camp. i was tired because the night before i had to write 5 essays for school and got 3 hours of sleep. i was able to sleep for almost 12 hours. i got up around 8:45 and prepared for the long day ahead. i hiked for 21 miles and was able to go into robbinsville, nc and watch some basketball games for a little bit before i hitchhiked back to the area i was staying. i then hiked about 2 miles more before i made camp around 7:30, almost dark. i had just enough time to get enough wood to last me an hour or two for fire. i was able again to sleep for 11 hours or so. i woke up this morning hiked the last 6 miles to my car and went to my house. i got back around 1 o’clock and had to go to work at 2:30. it has been a long 2.5 days, but i am so glad that spring break is finally here. only a few more months before i graduate.

Well today was an interesting day. my mom got hit by a guy trying to do an illegal u-turn, a kid almost went through the wall in our workout facility when he was trying to power clean 265, and i have 4 papers, 2 tests, a quiz, and a speech all due in the next two days right before spring break. i am mad about that last part. i also have to work tomorrow and wednesday so i am going to try to write atleast 3 of the papers. it is going to be a long night
