workouts
for almost the last two months i have worked out 3-4 times a week which is alot for me. when i first started a profile on bodyspace.com i thought a good workout involved benching, squatting, and some ab work. since then i have improved my workouts greatly. now eachday is a concentration of a different part of my body. for example this week: on tuesday i worked out my lower body emphaiszing my calves, thursday i worked out my upper body emphasizing on my chest, today i worked out lower body concentrating on my quads and hamstrings, and tomorrow i am working out my upper body focusing on my arms and core. i have improved my strength, flexibility, and health since i worked out with my new change of view on working out.
