My transformation
when i played golf a few days ago i was able to hit the ball about a club longer every time, which for me is about 9 yards. i finally feel good about my swing and and about my fitness quality right now. i am glad that i took weight training this semester because without it i would not have felt this good. along with the weight training class i also run about 2-3 miles a day and try to golf about 3-4 times a week. with my busy schedule i don’t really have time to relax, but when i do have the time i try to take full advantage of it by going camping or just hanging out with my friends. since the start of the year i have gained about 5 pounds and most of it has been muscle. i am excited that i have improved so much and am looking forward to what is ahead
