No workouts for two weeks or more…

Went to chiropractor for a fall down flight of stairs. He is working on that and showed me that I have undiagnosed compressed and out of alignment thoracic vertebrae from something many years ago. Amazing how I enlisted in the military and it was not seen during the intitial signup physical. It was either from a car wreck before the enlistment or an injury during my time in service because someone caused me to fall on my shoulder at an angle. But I will never know which one caused the problem. The disks are being treated and I was told not to do any lifts that place downward pressure on my middle or lower back… The chiropractor is into to exercise and knows about bb’ing and fitness. I know he is not a quack. The next two plus weeks are going to be slow…

Rotator cuff.

I began rotator cuff exercises to help reduce future injuries. After over two months of the rotator exercises I have noticed an improvement in all my shoulder exercises. But most importantly the soreness after working out has decreased significantly. I realized these exercises were needed after two PT failed to place it into any workout plans… Shame on them.
