New sups…whoa!

My pee is neon yellow!  I don’t know whether to be amused or scared.  I’ve been taking Animal stacks…minus the red pill, which is a stimulant.  Its to early to see results but I’m optimistic.

So my doctor says I have "dangerously high" cholesterol…HDL that is.  He says my LDL is actually really good because I do a lot of cardio.  I pretty much have to cut back on the red meat, and other fatty foods.  Plus, I have to be more careful of the protein I buy.  I had to give some away because it had 20ml of cholesterol per serving which meant I saw about to drown my arteries.  I ordered some soy protein, so we’ll see how that works.

The place where I took my new job has its own really nice gym, and usually I have the place to myself.   It has been really nice not having to fight for a turn.  It would be perfect if I just had my looney workin-out buddy from the desert.  He was insane motivated…

Regarding the workout schedule, I’m doing 2 days on one day off then two days back on and two days off because I learned from my last bulk-cut cycle that sometimes less is more.  I had underestimated the value of rest.  Monday was shoulders, Tuesday arms, today was rest and manana will be chest, Friday will be back.  Next week I’ll throw legs in there too.  To those of you out there lifting weights with me every day…live every day like yer ass is on fire and happy lifting!

how easy is it to take all of them pills? They seem like a ton to me. I thought that taking beverly’s 9 pill vitamin pack was a lot.

Your ass is supposed to be on fire, not your pee ;-)

Too bad you don’t have anyone to teach "Soy un puto", but then everyone there knows what it translates to.

Good luck with your new low HDL diet and exercise program.

My cholesterol has been high since I was 25. At least my "good" cholesterol is triple the norm, I’m guessing from the cardio & workouts. Not taking meds. Everytime I’ve tried them, side effects. I’ll live with it. Side effects suck more. At least my other factors are low risk (except that I’m getting old……LOL).

Great to see you back blogging. I had similar issues with cholesterol. the good thing about it is that you can make some great strides with diet. How’s your arm candy status?

I use coconut oil for cooking/baking it is the healthiest sat fat, medium chain fatty acid so gets used more for energy then stored in body/gives you energy, lauric acid for immune system kills, bacteria, virus, fungus( only in mothers milk has the highest in nature, no other foods, except maybe good butter 2/3 immune activity starts in your stomache),has thermogenic effect, hundreds of other uses also and use olive oil also.

you need cholesterol for hormones/to make testosterone, cell walls etc…& cholesterol is "anti-inflammatory", sugar raises bad cholesterol because its inflammatory. some peoples liver naturally produce more cholesterol which maybe hereditary also. saturated fats raise "both" good and bad cholesterol some foods raises the good little more then the bad.

size matters, cholesterol comes in every single range of sizes from tiny bb to big fluffy cloud. smaller is bad because it fits in the tiny holes that arteries use to absorb nutrients etc.. and build up, you need cholesterol for hormones, cell walls etc…
    different sizes VHDL,HDL1, HDL2, HDL3
same with LDL sub classes. exercise and wine produce more of certain subtype HDL each I forget which is more beneficial sub class, probably the one from doing aerobic type exercise.

I’m waiting to see my pee turn yellow too, Just started taking control labs orange triad, has immune, digestive, and joint support stuff in it also, cost a bit more then animal pak I think. 3 pills in morning and 3 at night or 2-2-2.
