Today was just cardio, I ran for 30 minutes and then went on the stair machine for about 15 minutes. My legs were still hurting from the leg workout i did yesterday. Im going to post new progress pics on sunday so please leave some feedback. Thank you!

Well i got to the gym and did the super-set style circuit workout and it kicked my butt! Then after hitting the weights hard for about 45 minutes, i had to get on the treadmill for 30 minutes. All in all this was a very good workout!</p>
<p>This was the workout:</p>
<p>Chest: (superset)</p>
<p>Barbell Bench Press 2 sets 15-20 reps</p>
<p>Pushup (Feet Elevated) 2 sets 15-20 reps</p>
<p>Incline Dumbbell Bench Press</p>
<p>Back (superset)</p>
<p>One-Arm Dumbbell Row 2 sets 15-20 reps</p>
<p>Bent-over Barbell Row 2 sets 15-20 reps</p>
<p>Lat Pulldown 1 set 15-20 reps</p>
<p> Shoulders (superset)</p>
<p>Upright Row 2 sets 15-20 reps</p>
<p>Seated dumbbell press 2 sets 15-20 reps</p>
<p>Abs</p>
<p>Jackknife 2 sets 15-20 reps</p>
<p>Hanging running man 2 sets 15-20 reps</p>
<p>Crunch 2 sets 15-20 reps</p>
