Day 2 of the new workout
Pretty much as i said for the first days work, day two didnt seem like much on paper. Well i was fooled yet again! Today was legs, aslo in the super-set circuit style. I have never super-seted with my legs. So after about the second set my legs were feeling it already. The workout that i did is as follows:
Quads: (superset)
Barbell squat or leg press 4 sets, 15-20-25-10 Reps
Leg Extension 4 sets, 10-15-15-10 Reps
Hamstrings, Glutes and lower Back (superset)
Lying Leg Curl 5 Sets, 10-8-8-6-20 Reps
Hyperextension 5 sets, 10-8-8-6-20 Reps
Then after that, 30 minutes of work on the tradmill
