So im no where near the end of my goal of 90 days. Im only 5 days in but i can tell that this is going to be good! Today was just cardio, I ran for 30 minutes and then went on the stair machine for about 15 minutes. My legs were still hurting from the leg workout i did yesterday. Im going to post new progress pics on sunday so please leave some feedback. Thank you!
