New workout i started today
I recently started a new workout routine and diet. On paper the workout didnt seem like much to me. Well i got to the gym and did the super-set style circuit workout and it kicked my butt! Then after hitting the weights hard for about 45 minutes, i had to get on the treadmill for 30 minutes. All in all this was a very good workout!
This was the workout:
Chest: (superset)
Barbell Bench Press 2 sets 15-20 reps
Pushup (Feet Elevated) 2 sets 15-20 reps
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
Back (superset)
One-Arm Dumbbell Row 2 sets 15-20 reps
Bent-over Barbell Row 2 sets 15-20 reps
Lat Pulldown 1 set 15-20 reps
Shoulders (superset)
Upright Row 2 sets 15-20 reps
Seated dumbbell press 2 sets 15-20 reps
Abs
Jackknife 2 sets 15-20 reps
Hanging running man 2 sets 15-20 reps
Crunch 2 sets 15-20 reps
