			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After relocating, starting the new job, and re-adjusting I definitely used the TV, internet and food to comfort my maladjustment.  I dont want to suffer the way i did last summer being a big girl . . omg I was a big girl in the Summer of 2008!!!  Well I know if I get started now, when June 2009 arrives I will be back at 150lbs . . I know I can do it.  So now begins my &#8216;Do Over&quot; (smle)!!!

		<description><![CDATA[I was able to squeeze in 15 min of Cardio today.  I really felt guilty that I wasnt able to do more.  I am gonna tweak my schedule and see if I can drop my son off at daycare around 7am . . .workout then get to work at 9am.  I will try.
