Ok so week 4 just ended and al I can say is another one bites the dust!!!!! You know its kind of funny, before I used to dread the gym, make excuses not to go but now I am dreading my off days. I cant wait for Saturdays to come so I can get back into the gym, ironic is’nt it that all you have to do is invest some time, sweat , pain and discipline and your whole frame of mind changes. Well Monday night I am off to Vegas to visit my parents and see the Cubs play the White Sox there and I intend to train while I am there and aI am going to try to get in 1 day at Golds gym Vegas, take care and talk with you all next week !!!! 

Ok folks, I just finished week 3 and WOW am I feeling good. I have managed to stay on course and all that with having to be disciplined enough to be in bed at 8:30 pm so that I can be up at 3 am to get my workouts in before work. I am feeling great and I now have tunnel vision and I hope and pray that I do not get derailed !!!

OK so my program for my ACE certification arrived today, now what? Let me just say, I have never been one to be a big fan of studying, but I am hoping my passion for anything fitness related will help me through this. Any of my personal trainer friends have any advice on how to keep it interesting, fun or how to go about it, your comments are welcome, needed and appreciated !!!!!
