Ok I am very excited because yesterday I ordered the ACE ( American council on Exercise ) course to become a personal trainer. I have no idea what to expect, but this is something I have wanted to do for a long time and I really want to accomplish this. If anybody can tell we what to expect or pointers on how to study etc it would be greatly appreciated.  Wish me luck !!!

Ok here goes, although I have always been healthy and in shape and have been told I look good for my age. I am by no means satisfied with myself and lets faceit my opinion is really the only one that counts, you have to be happy with yourself first and foremost. So on January 31 st 2009 I begin the journey to find a rare species…. MY ABS, have you seen them… uuugggghhhh !!!! ME NIETHER !!!!! I will begin the first of hopefully many 6 week incremental assaults on my body and hopefully… NO I WILL BE SUCCESSFUL , Wish me luck friends and feel free to send encouragement and any advice is wwelcome !!!!!
