Really enjoyed your article. Found you by accident and totally consumed by your training. My question to you is about diet. How may calories do you take in a day and what is the break down with protien, carbs and fat. I going to start your training schedule. I'm really excited and hopefully my outcome will be the same as your.

Thx for sharing your experience. I have am just recovering from ankle surgery after a dislocation which resulted in a fracture and tore all my anterior ligaments. Been doing a lot of research since the injury 5 weeks ago.......felt something like this would help once I begin my rehab......... and after reading your experience, I feel less skeptical and more willing to try it out.

Hey man, that sucks that someone is out there using your name. Looking strong as hell though. Keep up the good work, you are a hell of a motivator and a good person. There is always going to be people out there that try to bring the good ones down. Dont let it get to you. It will all work out just the way it is supposed to in the end. Good luck on all of your personal goals.

Seeing your arms and this routine really makes me rethink the amount of volume I am giving my arms. I feel like I need MORE MORE MORE sets and reps, but maybe I am doing the opposite of what I should be.

Do you feel that high volume or high intensity/weight is what has lead to your best gains? Do you vary your set/rep scheme or keep it pretty consistent?

I am not a huge "soY' fan myself.I use to be a vitamin rep. for Nature's Plus who makes the best spirutein soy protein powder.Depending on what you mixed the product with rice milk was pretty decent.
Great article! I love both whey &amp; casein.I was a HUGE fan of original Met-Rx for this reason.I use to take it right before bed..noticed a great result back in the day.
No0w i take UMP by Beverly Nutrition and i want to try Full Strength by Shawn Phillips.I like some MRI products also.Pro-Nos.

My workouts are effective meaning i change my routine every month and a half. I workout religiosly per se', but I dont get to much bigger or lose any excess fat. I see that you are very much cut up and I was wondering what kinda foods do you eat to maintain such a healthy physique. My diet is what kills me. My lifting/cardio is fine but I have never understood dieting. I may be taking in to much carbs, so is there a way you can pubish or list your diet somehow?
