					<description>My workouts are effective meaning i change my routine every month and a half. I workout religiosly per se', but I dont get to much bigger or lose any excess fat. I see that you are very much cut up and I was wondering what kinda foods do you eat to maintain such a healthy physique. My diet is what kills me. My lifting/cardio is fine but  I have never understood dieting. I may be taking in to much carbs, so is there a way you can pubish or list your diet somehow?</description>
