Keto Day 1.. Again
Fell off the wagon while building a deck for my mother, ended up drinking 6 beer so I am going to start over again.
Today I ate 1.5 hot dogs, 350 g Sirlion steak, 6 whole eggs, 1/2 cup hard cheese, 1 tablespoon butter, 1oz mixed nuts, 4 cups mixed spring greens, 2 tablespoon kraft ranch dressing, 3 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 scoop bsn syntha 6 chocolate, and half a scoop of muscle milk chocolate.

The totals aren’t too bad just have to eat less carbs.

I know how it goes man. Every time i "fall off the wagon" (as you put it), i end up looking back wondering "what the hell was i thinking?"
That’s the way that it goes though. It happens and the best thing to do is accept it. Welcome back to the game though. It looks like your carbs are cut way back, so i know how that goes. I’m on a pretty rough carb cut myself. Just stick with it and rememember that the further that you put day 1 behind you, the easier it is to keep on track.

Thanks for the advice reassurance, I just have to plan better when I leave on the weekends. Bring my protein powder and whatnot even though my friends will think I am a goof. No one seems to think it is healthy whatsoever to be eating this much fat lol.
