First day of keto

First day on keto here is what I ate.

I have to figure out a better way to enter this info in it takes too damn long. My ratios were 58 percent fat, 4 percent carbs, and 38 percent protein.

    I use Microsoft Excel to track and meet my daily allowed intake. It’s an excellent tool for things like that. Just a tip.
