Clean Bulking
Thursday, October 15th, 2009Most of my time with bodybuilding has been aimed at losing fat. I wanted the abs and the cuts, and I pretty much got where I wanted to be. But now my goal is to add some muscle. Basically I am now trying to bulk. However, I lost all that fat once, and I really don’t want it to revisit. So does anyone have good advice on clean bulking? Is it pretty much just eat more of the good foods and keep your protein high? Any information about would be appreciated.
