Short Regression, back on track.
Alright the injury to my right bicep is healing up, and back on track. I’m a bit bummed on my bf% though. I do all of my diet planning at night when I find the time. A couple months ago when I figured my diet I overshot by 900 calories so guess what ( as if anybody reads my blog ). I went up to about 15% bf! I knew I was over a bit, but since I wanted to bulk I just didn’t care. Well once I hit 15% I found I looked like crap so I had to do something about it. Now I’m back on track with about 3,300 calories rather than 4,200. So I figure I should be between 8%, and 10% withing 2 months.
