Short Regression, back on track.

Alright the injury to my right bicep is healing up, and back on track. I’m a bit bummed on my bf% though. I do all of my diet planning at night when I find the time. A couple months ago when I figured my diet I overshot by 900 calories so guess what ( as if anybody reads my blog ). I went up to about 15% bf! I knew I was over a bit, but since I wanted to bulk I just didn’t care. Well once I hit 15% I found I looked like crap so I had to do something about it. Now I’m back on track with about 3,300 calories rather than 4,200. So I figure I should be between 8%, and 10% withing 2 months.

To white, got a tan

So I was living in South Dakota all winter, and was so white I nearly apeared green. So since I’ve been in Colorado the weather has been great, but with workouts, cardios, and research I’ve had no time to tan until today. I took the kids fishing, and decided to leave the shirt off. Now I look like a lobster for the most part. Hopefully I’ll be able to develope an even tan though.

Bad week

July 14, 2007

To start one of my workout partners gave up after the first week. It was to much for him. The other ( Jeremy ) only trains with me once a week.

 Also I ended up with an intense pain in my inner left bicep this week so I reluctantly had to skip arm day, and am giving it the weekend to heal. Today there is very little soreness so I’m hoping everything will be back to normal this week.

New training partners.

Alright. I’m pretty excited. This week I’ve picked up two new training partners which is helping out alot with moral, and intensity. First is Jeremy. He is a good guy, fun to train with. Then there is Wayne. He’s a real motivational type guy. He knows how to push you to try hard. I really didn’t know if they’d be able to keep up, but they did. Now lets see if they stick to the program.

O.k., it’s been a while since I’ve written in this thing. I’ve been on a heavy, but clean bulking cycle. I’m going to continue it for 18 weeks. I’ve gained 8.95 lbs in 24 days so I think it’s going good. I think I’m putting on a couple pounds of fat, but I guess it’s no biggie as long as the muscle comes faster than the fat.

O.k. everybody. Carrie is my mom. She lives in Colorado. As you can tell she’s a great lady. She writes posts on my bodyblog, while trying  not to embarass her little boy. So let’s introduce my family.

We’ll start with my mom Carrie who we’ve heard from, and her husband Jeremy ( an awsome guy ). Then we also have my wife who is another awsome lady. Her name is Karen. She is currently doing very well with her new fitness plan. I’m proud of her. Then we have 3 bright children. My oldest daughter Aurora is very creative, and smart. My youngest daughter Amber is bright, and strong, and wants to be a pro fighter ( mma ) when she grows up, and last but not least we have my son Dustin Jr. Who is now as obsessed with bodybuilding, and fitness as I am. Other than terrorising his mom he is an awsome little guy.

So that’s my family, and I love them all.

Starting AnabolicPump

O.K. I’ve heard so much about this AnabolicPump, so of course I got it, and have been on it for about 3 days. I’ve noticed I’m pumped pretty much all day. Not like in the gym pump, but I’ve got about 20% vaso pump all day.

As for the claim "Gain muscle while you sleep" I must say that I’ve seen more gains in the last 3 days than I’ve seen in 2 weeks. It definately does not help weight loss though. I’ve heard claims that you should cut your cardio, but I wouldn’t reccomend it. Since this is a product to keep you anabolic I’d think you should take advantage of the ability to run without going catabolic.

So I’ll keep you updated as I see more results. Not like anyone reads my blog anyway though.

Biceps evening out!

It may sound funny, but I have been trying NOT to build my right bicep. Why? Because when I started my right bicep was at 14 1/4", and my left was just over 13. I could curl a 25lb dumbell with my left, and a 50lb with my right.

 So now after a month, and a half they are both in the 15" range. My right is at 15 3/4", and my left is at nearly 15 1/4". I am now curling 55lb dumbells with each arm for 12 reps!

So I guess the point is that my symmitry is coming along.

Welcome!

I will start my blog with my current state. I’m at 200 lbs, and 15% bf. I’ve been lifting heavily for almost 2 months. I’m sure my goals sound far fetched, but I plan to be the biggest, most ripped all natural bodybuilder there is.
