It’s been awhile…(FEMALES!)
Okay so i’ve been drinking too much lately. I turned the big 21 2 weeks ago and it’s summer time. I’ve been celebrating also my "B" in calculus that I opted to take at my local community college because no way could I pass it at my University without dying
Well I just did deads, squats, and military presses. Feeling good. But all this drinking dehydrates me and my muscles.. which obviously hinders the growth. I do get my protein in, however… at least 100grams a day (i shoot for 170g, im 178 lbs)
I’m definitely gaining weight still, was 170 at very beginning of June, now i’m 177.9
I feel like i’m gaining half muscle half fat so it’s fine. I’ll cut when im about 190.. (look at my pics im still a bit lean… no "GUT")
