well i am sitting here at work… so far i have lost a few pounds since new year’s. its progress, and i am seeing major strength increases too. i don’t think meeting my goal will be hard at all… i just got some new supplements too, sci-fit’s kre-alkalyn is one of them… i like it. i just moved to a new place in town, so i can workout more, and i am liking the internet access too… its great. anyway thats all the news for now…

i love this site… but i have a major issue… i can’t really record my workouts here in the given place due to the max amounts end at six… i do more than six sets, i would love to be able to write that down once. instead of listing everything in sets of six, and listing it in two to three sets of six, i want to be able to list one amount for each excercise. that sucks. so til someone changes that, don’t expect me to list full workouts here… i don’t usually have enough time for that.

well i got the anator, and some other stuff, i have taken one serving of the anator, and if it keeps working this well i am gonna be really happy. its already causing noticeable differences in muscle size, and all i have done is walked a couple miles and done some light excercising. i love this stuff.

it is now the 15th of december, last night i did standard pushups, situps, and tricep lifts til failure…. i wanted to see how far i could go. well, i did a lot, and i did it very slowly for max effect. still, i don’t care how slow i do them, 135 pushups is just pathetic. i do not care if i can do over 200 (20 at a time) quickly, i need to be able to do the painfully slow ones in greater quantity. everything else was ok, i just know i am needing a lot more work on the pushup side of it. i also did some bicep work, using rather heavy wooden chairs..

well its almost christmas.. i am still recovering from overtrain cycle… been doing some mild pushups and stuff, along with running, but i will give myself another little bit of taking it easy, then its hammer time.. i think the day after christmas will work well for that… i am gonna get the gf a gym membership for christmas… so it should be fun. yesterday i found myself not wanting to do anything, so i spent time with my boys (ages 2 and 4) then went home and did some upper body work. am gonna try a little less overtraining, i will try a standard bulkin cycle.. if it works better then i will keep doing it. still gonna buy anator, its almost payday…. been using the glycergrow for my light upper body stuff…. god i love that stuff. i am gonna combine it with creatine, i hear that is even better. it kicks ass as it is though. between that and the russian bear stuff, i swear by both of them. i don’t like advertisements… but hell if something works as well as these things…. try em, if you don’t like them, well they are not expensive, i am glad i did. if the anator works well i will have somethin good to say about it too.

First post…. currently in recovery cycle after doing two week overtrain cycle. concentrating on basic upper body work mixing in a little legwork and some ab stuff. gotta take it easy, too much pushing and i will overdo it. at least i can concentrate on cutting when i am not bulking… going to purchase a muscletech powder, Anator, its on sale at gnc and i am going to give it a try. i have had some good results on muscletech supplements before, now that i have more muscle and less fat i am curious how much more effective they will be. this build muscle while losing fat thing i am doing is working, but while bulking i look ridiculous, the muscle pushes out the fat so it is more visible, at least i see what i need to get rid of. if i keep losing 5 pounds bodyfat per 10 days i should be able to eliminate subdermal fat as well as some of the loose skin that that process may cause. set my goals today, well i really wrote them down today, i have updated them weeks ago. i gotta start looking for a place, my girlfriend and i are looking to move in together and my current residence just won’t work…. not enough room for her stuff and my weights, so now i gotta find a bigger place.
