What supplements do i need?
Wondering if anyone can help?
iv fallen in love with Bodybuilding and i’m really starting to see a change in my body after years of abuse with the wrong types of food and lack of exercise, Im training extremely hard and eating very clean and fully intend to keep it that way for the rest of my life. Im consuming at least 1g of protein per pound of weight and taking lipo 6x fat burners which seem to be taking a great effect in my body, but i dont know what other supplements will benefit my fat loss while retaining as muscle as possible, there are so many supplements out there i don’t know what’s crap and what’s not! please help….

There’s a supplement called L-Glutamine (an aminoacid), which is very effective in preventing muscle loss, and also aids with recovery from injuries. You could also take some flax seed oil (or anything high in omega 3 & omega 6 fatty acids) to aid in your fatloss.

I would stick with as many whole foods as you possibly can and keep the supplements to a minimum. If you just really got into bbing and you plan on keeping it up and eating like you say you are, the fat loss is going to take care of itself. If id doesn’t, start zig zagging your calories and you will be good to go for sure.
