well got to take the good with the bad. Im injured again back is swollen and i have spasms. looks like this journey we’ll be taken slower but now i can focus on my diet now that i am injured once more so thats ok i must accept and be content to move around this obstacle

i’ve realized over the past bit that i could drop a few. I’ve redirected my goals to solely weightloss and cardio my version of a cutting phase since weightlifting would be too hard on the rotator cuff injury right now.

due to rotator cuff injury ill be focusing more on cardio swimming running and core until this heals up grrrrrrrrrrr
