End of 1st 4 weeks back to the gym
It’s been a little over a week since my last post, I haven’t been doing daily blogs cos I’ve been so busy. I’ve started a new 8 week program, 1 st 4 weeks are strength, so trying heavy short sets, next 4 weeks will be size and endurance. I’m really enjoying these workouts and progress is coming along slowly, I know I still have quite a way to go, slow and steady like my workouts.
