in dire need of a break
So my body has had it….i’m physically exhausted and so I’ve decided to take a week off from lifting. The only real exercising I’ll be doing will be my Air Force PT which is required so I’m thinking of ways that I won’t pack the pounds on besides dieting my food intake. On the bright side this gives me a chance to rest, and focus hardcore on my college

Trust me, the rest will do you some good. I took a two week break just recently (not by choice…My wife delivered a baby girl and prior to that, me Great Grandmother passed away) I went to the gym today and my strength decreased a little but then again, my diet has been off for about three weeks! The aches and pains I was having are gone and that should lead to better gains in the future. Good luck to you bro! Enjoy your week but keep your diet!
