Hey! I just got back home from a wonderful weekend in Wisconsin! My parents, Ben and I had such a great time! I competed at the NPC Midwest Muscle Classic in Schofield. The host hotel was soooo cool, The Lodge at Cedar Creek. It was clean, comfortable, there was a fridge and microwave in the room, ( bonus), and a waterpark in the hotel! The promoter did a fantastic job with that! The show was well run, and you could tell that the promoter valued the athletes that competed there. It was low key, and very well coordinated. Everyone at the show was nice, and very approachable. I would sincerely recommend this show to anyone, either first timers, or someone just looking to compete.

I feel that I presented the my best package so far! I was pleased with how I looked, the improvement over last season was obvious! I won the tall class and the overall! That is a first for me! My suits were perfect, Ben helped me choose some really different jewelry for each one. My posing was far and away from what I have ever done! I am happy with my results and look to use that as momentum as I continue to train for the 2008 NPC North Star!

 I want to give shout out to ALR Industries!  Thank you for supplying all of my precontest supplements!  It is truly an honor to work for a supplement company filled with not only amazing people, but products that are above and beyond anything else out there!  I appreciate all of the opportunities!  THANK YOU!

I also want to thank Tammy Pies of Elite Tan ( www.elite-tan.com)! She sent me the BEST tanning products of all time! Not only are the products easy to apply, they dont smell, rub off on towels and sheets, and look sooooo natural! I got so many compliments on my color! I use the Competition color, Extreme color, the pre tan scrub, the spray oil and the ph balanced vanilla scented lotion! Seriously, I cancelled my spray tan appointment for my next show because I know these products are BETTER!

I will be working at the ALR Industries booth at the Olympia!  I have wanted to go for years, and I am so thankful that I got an opportunity to go, and work for an AWESOME company! If you are going, please stop by and see me, check out our great products too:) 

 I am closing in on my first show of the season!  12 days and counting.  Feeling good about how I look, and the changes we have made over my off season! I am excited to get back on stage.  My family and my boyfriend are coming out to cheer me on, since the Midwest Muscle Classic is held out of state.  I will be using it as kind of a "warm up" for the North Star on November 1st.  Then my trainer and I can see how I respond to the sodium load/carb deplete then the carb load/water deplete.  I cant believe that this year has gone by so fast!

Hi!  I just got back from a week out of town! I was down in Texas doing some demos for ALR Industries!  I had a blast, and loved Texas!  I also went to New York for the 2008 NPC Team Universe/ NY Pro show!  Working the booth there was fun and we always have a good time!  I got to meet a few of my bodyspace and myspace "friends" in person!  It was so nice to be surrounded by fitness industry people who dont judge you when you break out your food!  I am glad to be home, back to "normal" life.  I learned alot about training while I was gone, and I am eager to use it in the gym. I am also glad to be back to my own kitchen where I can cook all of my meals!

Hello!  Well, I am coming closer to contest and my prep is going AWESOME!  My coach says that I am 7-14 days ahead of schedule, and is really impressed with how my physique is responding to my diet!  I haven’t made any changes in my diet, and continue to lose bodyfat, and am even building some muscle!  I want to thank ALR Industries for the AMAZING products that are aiding in great results!  I have also added, Pro-Anabol,( the premiere pro-anabolic product for men & women), and Jungle Warfare,( a powerful muscle builder), to the Tri-Lean stack that I am already taking!  I am thrilled with the results, and cant wait to see the finished product on stage!

 Big week coming up for me!  Flying down to Texas on Monday morning to do some demo work for ALR Industries!  Then off the Team Universe and the New York Pro to work their booth there!  I am so excited to be working for such a great company!  The people are "real", and fantastic to deal with!  And the products speak for themselves!  So, if you are out in New York for these events, be sure to stop by the ALR Industries booth and say "hi"!  I would love to meet more of you in person!

Ok, so I had an AWESOME opportunity to work with ALR Industries as a demo girl this past week!  I have started using their products, because this is a kick ass company, and their supplement line is simply the best available!  I am currently taking their TriLean System, which includes: Hyperdrive 3.0+ ( their top of the line energy/fat loss/appetite suppressant), Zero Stim,( a CNS stimulant free fat burner with insulin and appetitie management), TX, ( for increased metabolism, and fat loss), and Lean Dreams, ( an overnight restoration/fat burner).

Ok, so I have been dieting for about two weeks.  I had my bodyfat, measurements and pictures taken the Friday before I started dieting.  I had another round done last Friday before my leg workout.  I lost 3.5 lbs, and tightened up considerably!  So, I am super excited about my progress so far.  I cant wait to see what changes my off season has made to my body!  So, a great start!  Couldn’t ask for more.

Hi there!  I am super excited to announce that I will be working at the FigureRX booth at Jr. Nationals next weekend in Chicago!  I want to say " good luck" to all of the competitors, although we know that luck has nothing to do with this sport!  Special wishes to JulieAnn, Sherrie, Sandra, and Mike, some of our hometown stars!  I will be selling autographed 8*10’s, as well as doing some interviews!  Please stop by and introduce yourself!  I look forward to meeting many new people there!

I haven’t been on for awhile, and I apologize for that!  I have been so busy with training, work, traveling! I am so excited for this season!  I will be at NPC Jr. Nationals, working for FigureRX, so if you see me, come introduce yourself!  I love to meet new people!  As far as competitions for me, I will be competing in two NPC shows, looking for my National qualification.  First will be the NPC Midwest Muscle Classic, October 4th in Wisconsin, and then the NPC North Star, here in Minnesota.  I hope everyone is closer to meeting their goals!
