Goals and Accomplishments
September 23, 2008So I started the online 12-Week transformation system because I was tired of my old routine. I have been working out consitently since 2005 and made gains. I always lifted 4 days on 1 day off and did minimal cardio about 1-2 times per week. I am in the second week of the program and I feel good. Lifting only 3 days a week and doing cardio 4-5 days a week. I up the cardio a bit because I am recently in a new relationship and my boyfriend and I had been eating out a lot and overindulging. Week 2 and I am sore lifting to failure at 12-15 reps per set. I do like the fact that it takes the guess work out of planning your workout-it is already planned for you.
