First of all, I am a Hard-Gainer. I have been training pretty hard for 2 1/2 years. I gained 12-15 pounds of muscle my first 18 months, but for the last 9 months I have hit a plateau. Surprisingly I gained an inch in my quads, but 0 inches everywhere else. The first 3 months I tried a superset program and for the last 6 months I tried an old twice-a-week routine by Arnold (hitting the same group twice a week). Now I am embarking on another routine working each group once a week, because I thought I may be overtraining. I would appreciate any input from those of you have more experienced and success at weight training. I would be happy to discuss my new routine and approach.
